Excellent product, excellent customer service. I placed my online order on a Saturday and requested Monday delivery before I realized the store is closed on the weekends. On Monday morning, the customer service rep I chatted with online immediately changed the shipping to ground and refunded the cost difference - no hassle or trouble.
