The glass vases that I ordered were perfect for the dinner event we hosted recently. I actually mistakenly ordered the wrong size and immediately caught it the next day. Utilizing the online customer chat I was able to change my order easily and quickly. I ordered these vases on Thursday and they arrived Monday morning which was right on time for our event. Thanks!

Ordered wedding vases here. Customer service is phenomenal! Packed super-safe so nothing broke. Even when they missed a vase, customer service shipped it out the very next day! *Love*

I own a flower shop and recently ordered 15 Cylinder Glass Vase 4x12. The website was very easy to maneuver and the sales person was very helpful especially since it was my first order.
My shipment was delivered on time and zero breakage, not even a chip on one vase.
I give the company a five star for customer service and quality of the glass ware.
I will definitely order again.
